  • General Cutter notes

    With plastic cutters, a super sharp edge of less than 0.3mm can mean a brittle, breakable cutter.

    The cutting edge on our cutters is approximately 0.4mm which then tapers to a thicker width on top with a small lip around the edge for convenience in removing the cutter from the clay. The depth of each cutter is approximately 7mm.

    These are sharp enough to give a good edge on a nice hard surface such as on tempered glass or a tile, with well conditioned clay.

    As with all 3D printed cutters, some clean-up on the edges is required, before and/or after baking for the most professional finish. The ones in the photos, I just smoothed with my fingers.

    The plastic used is PLA which is food safe and they can also be used as fondant cutters but please don't use the same cutter for clay and fondant!

    The colour of the cutters you receive is random depending on what plastic we have in stock.

    *IMPORTANT FOR USE*

    Hand wash only in warm water below 40ยบ

    Baby/wet wipes also work very well for clean up.

    Not dishwasher safe.

    Do not store in a sunny position!

    Do not heat the cutters!

    Do not bake together with the products!

  • Why should I buy directly from EpicBurns?

  • How much for postage?

    Currently we are posting to Australia ONLY.

    Standard Tracked postage - $6.10 for the first item plus $0.40 for each additional item.

    Express postage - $15.50 for the first item plus $0.40 for each additional item.

    If you order more than $100 in cutters, then we will send them express, but only charge you for standard postage.

    If you live local to us in Perth and want to collect your cutters from us, then you wont be charged postage..

    At the moment, we are selling direct only in Australia. If you dont live in Australia, please use our Etsy shop.
